Application and Promoters:
Please read these competition terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms apply to all persons entering the promotional competition (the “Competition”) conducted by The Beverage Company (“BevCo”), situated at 20 Anvil Road, Isando, 1600 together in partnership with Spar Ladysmith, Spar Heidelberg, Lotte Mart Wholesaler, George, Pick n Pay Family Hartenbos and its appointed marketing agency, Trend Sales (“Promoters”). The brands involved in this promotion include JiVE and Reboost.
1. Terms:
Instructions on how to enter this Competition including all rules, mechanics, procedures, directions and all prizes form part of these Terms. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not negotiable, transferable, substitutable or exchangeable.
2. Eligibility:
The Competition is open to South African citizens and legal residents over the age of 18, in possession of a valid South African ID and bank account. Directors, members, employees, agents, consultants of the Promoters and their immediate family members are excluded.
3. Competition Period:
This in-store competition runs from 1 October 2025 (00:01) to 30 November 2025 (00:00) at participating stores (“Promotional Period”).

4. Prizes:
Participants stand a chance to win:
- 1 × Genesis Max Fry 10.7L Air Fryer valued at R1,800
5. Winner Selection and Verification:
There will be one winner per Promotional Store (four winners in total). Winners will be selected by random in-store draw on the following dates:
- Spar Heidelberg – 4 December 2025
- Spar Ladysmith – 5 December 2025
- Pick n Pay Family Hartenbos – 3 December 2025
- Lotte Mart Wholesaler, George – 1 December 2025
Winners will be contacted within 48 hours. If unreachable or if the prize is declined, a redraw will take place. Winners must provide a copy of their ID and collect the prize within 30 days.
6. Image Rights and Publication:
Entrants consent to the use of their names and images for promotional purposes. Participation is voluntary and may be declined.
7. Entry Expenses:
Promoters are not responsible for any expenses incurred by winners.
8. Intellectual Property:
All competition content remains the property of the Promoters.
9. Transgressions:
Any fraudulent or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification.
10. Cancellation and Amendment:
The Promoters reserve the right to amend or cancel the Competition at any time.
11. Invalid Entries:
Illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
12. Defects and Applicable Costs:
Promoters are not responsible for defects or ancillary costs.
13. Limitation of Liability:
Entrants indemnify the Promoters against any claims arising from participation.
14. Technical Failures:
Promoters are not liable for technical issues beyond their control.
15. Lost or Stolen Prizes:
Promoters are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected prizes.
16. Non-Waiver:
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver.
17. Legal Compliance and POPIA:
Personal information will be retained for up to three years for compliance purposes.
18. Judge’s Decision:
The Judge’s decision is final.
19. Termination:
The Competition may be terminated if required by law.
20. Severability:
Invalid provisions will not affect the remaining Terms.
21. Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by South African law.
